  • You have not used more than 2 queries from the purchased plan.
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • You have consumed more than 2 queries from the purchased plan.
  • The account has been suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
  • The purchase was made using a fraudulent payment method.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your registered email address
  • Order number (found in your Member Center > Orders)
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Once a refund is issued, the corresponding query credits will be removed from your account.

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds at this time. Each refund request covers the full amount of the specific order.
