Purchases through Paddle
Where your payment is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for your transaction. Your purchase is governed by Paddle's legal terms, including the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy.
You may submit a refund or withdrawal request within 14 calendar days from the date of your transaction, subject to Paddle's rules and applicable country-specific rights.
Other payment methods
If you paid through another method, contact us at [email protected] within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Include your registered email address and order details.
After a refund
If a refund is approved, access to the purchased query credits for that order will end and the corresponding balance may be adjusted. Timing of the credit to your payment method depends on Paddle or your payment provider.
